Ingredients
2 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen)
1 cup high-protein milk (18–20g protein)
½ cup veg or chicken broth
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
¼ tsp salt ¼tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic poweder
2 tbsp shredded cheese for topping
Directions
- Add broccoli + broth to a pot. Simmer 8–10 minutes until soft.
- Use an immersion blender (or regular blender) until smooth.
- Stir in high-protein milk, butter
- Stir in the shredded cheese,
- Warm on low (don’t boil—keeps texture smooth).
- Add seasonings and mix well.
- Pour into 2 bowls and sprinkle with cheese
